Mechanical Connections

Laboratory systems have historically had a strong interface with building services that keeps them closely tied to the building construction process. These hard connections for electricity, gases, water, and plumbing dictated that these systems be part of the construction process. With the e3’s overhead utility management systems, the modules can handle electrical, data, telecoms, water, gases and plumbing. The e3’s modular leg has been designed to route services either down from the ceiling or up from the floor for unsurpassed flexibility. Other table systems have the plumbing and electrical mounted directly to the bench leg, thus the leg becomes hard wired and plumbed.
